Ensures that the Contact Center groups telecom tools and equipment function efficiently and effectively and that any performance issues are addressed with a sense of urgency toward immediate action to minimize any disruption to service and revenue generation
Responsible for day-to-day processing of supplier master data maintenance, supplier inquires/issue resolution, invoice processing/maintenance and payment escalations in accordance with timelines and polices outlined by AP management
Ensure that all authorized documentation is in order before invoice processing occurs ensuring all records meet SOX, internal/external audit and tax requirements
Maintain and build supplier/vendor relationships; address and respond to vendor and/or internal customer inquiries promptly and professionally

The Data Specialist will assist in this conversion and review the current data for accuracy, enter accurate data into the new ERP system (Sage), and report errors/issues and general findings to leadership. An example of the type of errors they may come across is company names entered several different ways. Moving forward, the Client needs uniformity and all information needs to be logged under one name and not several names.
Excel: Ability to Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide, Count, and SUM (VLOOKUPS and Pivots are a huge plus)
